No card to show you just some news

In February of this we had to have our dog Bruno put to sleep, both me and my husband were devastated, my husband said that we would never have another dog!

Four months have now passed and we both miss not having a dog around so today we went to look at some puppies, this is a picture of one of them they are only 3 weeks and  soooooooo cute, we both fell in love and  decided to take the plunge and have a new little baby, unfortunately we have to wait another 4 weeks.

We can go and visit them whenever we like, so will post new pictures when I get them and we are counting down the days until 1st July.

Fathers Day

Today's card is one I have made ready for Fathers Day, I thought I would try to get ahead of myself!

The image is Beer Set from Digi Stamp Boutique and the sentiment is included in the set.

I have coloured the image with polychoromo pencils and the layout is made using Blueprint die set 14,

the stars are from set 11.

The card is all from Papermill Direct, I think the paper is from Digi Chicks.

Afternoon everyone.  What a horrible wet week end it as been!  It as hardly stopped raining here all week end and the forecast for the rest of the week is not much better. A good excuse to craft.

I have decided to start making some Christmas cards instead of leaving them until the very last minute like normal.

For my card I have used a pre coloured image from LOV, it is one that I have had for some time and was part of a pack, think that you can still buy the stamp.

I have used a red gel pen over her dress and bow to brighten it up and added lots of glamour dust.  The sentiment is also from LOV as are the papers.

The red gingham ribbon is from my stash.

Twins

I made this card a few week ago when my friend had twin girls, I just have not had time to post it with all that's been going on.

The image is from LOV and I have coloured it with promarkers. The roses and seam binding are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The border is a punch from tonic studio.

The pearls are all from Hobby House 

The papers were from my scrap box and I do not know where they are from.

Buff card is from Paper mill direct.

Just to let you know that things are hopefully settling down here now.

My daughter came out of hospital last Monday and seems to be improving slowly.  She is still feeling very tired, and a little frightened to go out on her own in case she falls but at least she is ok

and in her own flat.

The doctors still can not decide what the problem is and have not ruled out MS, and hopefully when we go back to outpatients they may have some news.

I will hopefully be posting a card later!!

Good morning to you all, hope you are getting lots of crafting done.  I thought I would just let you know why I have been absent. 

My daughter has been in hospital going through test, and they think she may have MS, this obviously came as a shock because it was so sudden, I have been very busy looking after her running back and forth to hospital.  

I do visit your blogs but do not always have time to leave a comment.
