Flower Girl card 2

This morning I have another card to share using the Flower Girl digi image from Whimsie Doodles
I am so in love with this little girl at the moment she is so easy to colour and cut out.
When i saw this weeks challenge at Allsorts Challenge was to use purple I decided to make another card.

I have again coloured her with promarkers and fussy cut before mounting onto my rectangle base.
I have used some purple card, and some patterned paper from a LOTV pad.  I did not have any thin purple ribbon so I cut a strip of card, and then added a little die cut bow.
The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat.

Daffodils

Hello.....

Well I don't know about everyone else but we have a gorgeous day we had yesterday.  I took the dog out for a lovely long walk over the fields, did a bit of spring cleaning and stripped all the beds and managed to get the washing out on the line and dry!!

I then found some time to make this card featuring a daffodil image from Just Inklinned.  These flowers always remind me that spring is on its way,
I have coloured them with promarkers and fussy cut out before mounting onto card with some foam pads.

I will try to get to visit you all later, I have been absent for a few days due to my internet packing in! On Saturday night the router stopped working and sky informed me that I would need a new one, so I had to wait for it to be delivered and then I was catching up with some DT work.

Moving along with the Times DT

Good morning......

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to join the lovely ladies on the Moving along with the times DT, and today is my first DT card.

This weeks challenge is to use Pink/Lilac or Butterflies

I opted to use Pink/Lilac, and thought I would make an easel card, as its been ages since I last made one.
I have used a pre-coloured topper from Hobby House, and mounted it onto Lilac card, the papers are Possibilities from Nit Wits, and I just love these gorgeous pinks and lilacs of this set. I have use a Marianne die for the the doily and the tag and cut them out of some of the patterned paper.
The mulberry flowers are a mixture of lilac and pink roses and are all from Wild Orchid Crafts, The sentiment is from a LOTV A5 stamp set, I have also added some lilac gems to the card.

You will have to excuse the awful pictures but I never seem to be able to get a good picture of an easel card.

this is a close up of the sentiment I used.

please visit and see what the rest of the DT have created for your inspiration.

Party Phoebe

Hello......

I have not posted for a few days, but I just wanted to share this card, I am really enjoying creating CAS cards at the moment, and this is one that I made for a friend.
The background is a swiss dot embossing folder and I added some red ribbon and a tag sentiment from LOTV.  The image is from Digi stamp boutique and I have coloured it with promarkers and added a little wink of stella to her dress but it is not showing up to well.  I fussy cut the image and them used foam pads to mount onto a rounded rectangle before adding some red gems to the side.

cool chick

This is my first shaker card!

I have seen lots of these shaker cards on your blogs so thought I would get some sequins and have a go.  I think it would have been easier if I had cut out a square rather than a circle, it is a bit tricky getting the foam tape around in a circle.

The image I have used is from the T for transparent set Cool Chick by Penny Black and is another of my stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp.  I think she is just the cutest little girl with her big shoes and hat.
I have coloured her with promarkers and added some glitter to her shoes and the handbag, my papers are from a doodlebug pad sugar shoppe.  I have used the blueprint die set 12 for my layout, and the card is from my stash.  I have decorated inside the card but forgot to take a picture so will come back later and add it.

I have really enjoyed making this shaker card so will definitely be making some more.

Male Card

Hello..

This weeks challenge at Passion for Promarkers is one for the boys.
I like most of us don't seem to make many male cards, so for this challenge I found out an old LOTV stamp.  This is part of an A5 set but don't think they do it anymore not sure if you can get it as a single stamp.

I have coloured the image with promakers, and the sentiment tags are also from LOTV.  My papers are from Nit Wits but not sure what they are called because they were in my scrap box.

I have also been having a try at making a shaker card and will be back later with a card to show you.

Creative moments

Good morning...

It's time for another challenge Creative Moments this fortnight the theme is:

Love

For this challenge I was given this image called Celtic Hearts from
Poppyseed Designs.  I was a bit out of my comfort zone for this image, but decided to keep it CAS so that the image was the focal point, I have coloured the hearts with promarkers and used some black and red card for matting, the layout is from a die namics blueprint set 11.  The sentiment is from the Happy Heart Sentiment set from Pink Petticoat.

Thanks for visiting, do go and visit the rest of the DT to see what they have created.

Stuck on you

Hi........

It was my birthday in January and I had some money for gifts, after looking on all the websites I decided to order some goodies from Simon Says Stamp.  I ordered them on 27th January and they arrived today, I was so surprised when the parcel arrived today, and just could not wait to get my new Penny Black stamps out to colour.

This is the first card that I have made with them.  The stamp is from a T for Transparent set called Stuck on You.  I just love these two little hedgies stuck together!!

I have coloured them with promarkers and used a mixture of Blueprint dies for my layout.
The little die cut hearts are from blueprints 11, you can not really see that well but they are die cut into the white card so that you can see the red card underneath.

We remember moments

just a quick post to show you my 2nd card made using the saturated watercolouring technique that I tried this week.

I had some of the card left and cut out a square and then used a small inkylicious stamp, the sentiment is also from Inkylicious, (sorry that it is not to clear on the top line).

There is a new challenge over at Happy Little Stamper which is a sketch, and I have followed this for my card.

Christmas Card Challenge 9

Good morning,  welcome to another challenge at Christmas Card Challenge

sorry that this post is a bit late, I thought I had scheduled it for 7.30 but when I checked it was still in draft format!!!!!

So onto this weeks challenge...

We have a lovely colour challenge if you would like to use this or just make any christmas/holiday card.

This Christmas my friend gave me a card with this gorgeous reindeer on the front, as soon as I saw it I knew that I would recycle it onto a new card and have been waiting for the right opportunity.

I have used a craft card base and added a mat of turquoise card, then mounted the reindeer onto foam pads to the front. the sentiment is a digi from Pink Petticoat.
I managed to find some ribbon in my stash to match the card and added the little bow.
I have kept this card CAS
