Hello .....
I must firstly appologise for my absence from blog land.
We decided to go away in the caravan for a week to relax after the Christmas and New Year, we ended up in Bridlington, and had a lovely week with lots of walks along the beach with Millie (dog), and the weather was very kind to use.
I did put the week to use crafting wise..........my lovely hubby bought me some Inktense Pencils for Christmas, I had a little try at Christmas but just could not get the hang of them so I was going to put them away and stick to my distress inks and promarkers, but decided to have another go took them away with me to practice, I still need lots of practice especially with skin/faces, but I am now a little bit happier using them, and will keep practising!
What colours does everyone else use for skin tones?
This is an image that I have coloured with Inktense Pencils
I have used a penny black stamp from Critter Party transparent set, and I am ashamed to say that I have had these stamps for over a year and not used them, I know I should be ashamed......
I just love these little mice, and was relatively happy with my colouring, I decided to keep the card CAS so I did not divert away from the image.
I used a stitched square from die namics and the background is an A4 Embossalicious folder die cut with a stitched square from a blueprint die set.
The sentiment is a stamp from LOTV
I will be back later to catch up on some blog visits.
I am entering this card into the following challenges

Glad to hear you had a lovely week away :) Such a gorgeous card and your colouring looks beautiful! I use Baked Earth and Carmine Pink for skin tones (I blend them straight on the paper but some people prefer to mix them on an acrylic block).
