Thank You

Good evening..........

I have a card to share with you using a stamp set from Stampin Up, I used this last week on a technique class and really love how versatile the stamp and the background stamp are.

I have also used my Brusho's that I purchased a while ago and have not had much time to practice or play with them, but I was determined to have a go at Kyle's technique using starch which you can find HERE under her video tutorials.
These little pots of powder are great but very messy!!! (note to self to cover desk better)

For my card I stamped my flower with versamark ink onto my dry card and then heat embossed in white before cutting it out.
I stamped the background using memento Summer Sky ink and then popped the flower onto my card using some foam pads.
I added a little blue flower to the inside of my card.

I am entering this card into the current challenges over at Happy Little Stamper

  4. Wow ... LOVE this card Gail. Great job with the brushos. Yes, they are messy, but thankfully, being watercolour crystals, they do clean up easily. :) I also love that background stamp ... makes the perfect backdrop to show off your gorgeous flower. xx
