Hello ........... I can not believe that another week as flown by. I have not been a very good blogger recently. My dad is recovering at home now after his heart operation and they have at last sold there large family house and have managed to find a lovely little bungalow so I am busy helping to sort out over 50 years worth of household stuff.
Any way enough of the rambling and back to my post. Today sees the start of a new challenge over at the Christmas Card Challenge and this week we have 'anything goes'
My card uses the edgelits from Stampin Up and I have created the background with a stencil and some gold sparkle medium which I have been playing with lots on my christmas cards. The sentiment is from the Mixed Christmas Sentiments from Happy Little Stamper.
Fab card Gail, Wow what a busy time you must be having, xxx
ReplyDeleteAfternoon Gail, glad to hear that your dad is recovering. A great card. I like the outline of the houses die. Works well fir Christmas. Janice xxx http://createdbyjan.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteHi Gail. Good to hear your dad is home and recovering well from his heart operation. And that moving into a smaller place will be easier to deal with. Your a good daughter to help sort through everything. It's a lot of work, but I bet you are finding some interesting things. :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE your card ... the black and white with the touches of gold and silver are so elegant. I especially love the dramatic dark sky with the gold stars. xx
Fabulous festive design Gail, sounds like you are very busy at the moment, pleased your Dad is OK, I'm sure they will love their new bungalow, we live in one and have done for about 17 years now, I DON'T miss the stairs! LOL
