Hello and welcome to my 4th and final card as Guest DT member for March. I have had such fun creating my cards and this last challenge really streatched my imagination!
I would like to thank the DT over at CAS Colours & Sketches for inviting me. please pop along to the blog and see what the DT have created to inspire you for this challenge.
Now onto my card
To create my card I used stampe set Know what I love from stampin up, just using the first outline flower stamp and then heat embossed, I did the same with the leaves.
I have used Jennifer Mcquires Distress ink lifting technique to create the panel and when it was dry I cut into 5 strips. I then mounted these onto some white cardstock and then onto some Pacific Point card stock. I adhered the whole panel to the front of my card and stamped Happy Birthday in Pacific Point.
Those flowers are gorgeous; I must try that technique! Thanks for your wonderful inspiration!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colours (my favourites!). And I love the way you split up the panel.
ReplyDeleteLOVE you take on the sketch Gail. And you did an amazing job with this new lifting technique. Gorgeous card!! xx
