I have a card to share using the Botanicals for you stamp set from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalogue. This set is free when you spend £45.
I used some Botanical Garden DSP to cover my card base, and then cut some Mint Macaroon card stock at an angle following the sketch below from the current CAS Colours & Sketches challenge
My sentiment was stamped in Black and I added some of the flowers in daffodil delight, tangerine tango and my leaves were stamped in Old Olive.
The inside was stamped with the words
On your special Day
I forgot to take a picture so will add later
I too have this fabulous stamp set and I think it's going to keep popping up around blogland for quite a while. Love how you've used it with the CC&S sketch. Thank for playing.
ReplyDeleteI love that big, bold sentiment. It doesn't need much else to make a fabulous card. Thanks for joining us at CC&S this week. Stef x
ReplyDeleteI really like how well the stamped flowers coordinate with the tiny ones in the designer paper. Great job showing that "white space" on a card does not literally have to be white! You've done a super job with our CC&S sketch. Thanks for sharing your card with us! :) I've been enjoying seeing your artwork each week.
ReplyDeleteI love this bold sentiment, the flowers stamped around it frames it perfectly. Great use of the sketch and thanks for joining in at CC&S this week. Hugs Bev x
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great stamp and I like the pairing with the Botanicals DSP. The tiny pearls add a lovely classy touch, too. Thanks for joining us at CC&S this week. Caro x
