Good evening......
I decided to have a little play with my distress inks as I have not used them in ages, The image is 'waiting for you' from Funky Kits. I printed onto watercolour card and then used the following distress ink to colour Brushed Corduroy, Spun Sugar, Antique Linen, Mowed Lawn and Gathered Twigs. I forgot how relaxing watercolouring can be lol
I added some pink ginham paper to the front of my card, die cut the image with a stitched rectangle die and adhered with foam pads. I tied some thread around the card and added a green button. The little banners and stitched circle are from a die namics blue print set and then I stamped the sentiment.
I am entering this card into the Sugar Bowl challenge 132
Now this is stunning. I love the clean look to the card and the colours are gorgeous. Thanks for playing in The Sugar Bowl with us. Hope to see you again soon. Stacey S (Sugar Bowl DT)
